Responsibilities Greet and check-in guests in a warm and friendly manner Answer and manage phone calls, emails and other correspondence Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services Assist guests with their requests, including arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, and providing recommendations on local attractions and activities Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions Manage and maintain the hotel's reservation system Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations Your experience Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role in a hospitality setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in English and German/ or French What we offer We offer a competitive salary, a friendly and supportive work environment, discounts, use of facilities, meal stipend, and opportunities for career growth and development.
