Tasks Standardized business process development and implementation in our operational units (globally)Ensure quality in business process through continuous development and improvement in line with our strategic business targets and through assigned projectsEnd-to-End process development and lifecycle management, from requirement engineering, solution conception, development coordination, testing, documentation and trainingLead of project and sub project teams and global process communityActing as the link between the operational business and ITApplication Management for SAP S/4 & SAP Cloud for Customers(C4C) Required qualifications Bachelor degree in economics, computer science, business administration, engineering or similar5 years working experience therefore > 3 years in business process development and/or application management incl.

project responsibility or similarVery good understanding of business processes within a company's Customer ServiceVery good understanding / high affinity for IT solutions incl.

advanced experience in ERP solutions (SAP)Growth mindset and openness to new ways of working as we are in the middle of the Agile Transformation Journey Fluent in English and German (business level) Preferred qualifications Experience in business process development in the area of Customer Service, Incident Management & Remote Service Advanced experience in SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) and SAP ERP (CS & SD)Proven leadership skills:
