To achieve this goal, you will nurture existing and build new relationships within the accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for VP and C-level executives.
You will drive the process of renewing existing business as well as continuously bringing innovative solutions to the customers to help them meet their business objectives.
To support you in doing so, you will be working closely with an international team that consists of various product and service owners who are all aligned toward Customer Success.What You'll DoProtect and expand Veeva's footprint through robust daily account management, a strong focus on operational excellence, and a passion for understanding and supporting your customer's business and IT goalsManage the Client Partnerships and the account for Commercials with the goal of being a trusted long-term partnerHold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of workingServe as the ambassador for your customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them Actively nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, IT, and procurement, and develop new ones as neededNavigate complex sales cycles, articulate contextual value propositions, and negotiate key contracts and annual renewals of licenses Manage account administration and actively provide input for accurate forecastingKeep current with industry trends and expand knowledge of legacy and novel Veeva offeringsRequirements8+ years combined experience across software sales/consultingDeep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and familiarity with digital transformation for Commercial within the sectorProven track record of cultivating multi-layered relationships across multiple functions, including business, IT, and procurementOrganizational skills with the right amount of attention to detail Strong work ethic with the required sense of urgency towards customers’ needs Self-starter/Self-motivator with little need for direct supervisionBased in Germany or SwitzerlandPerks & BenefitsVeeva Giving:
