Perform general building maintenance and upkeep tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, troubleshooting electrical issues (e.g.
door sensors), and setting up workspaces and printers Contact person for the company administration and owners; responsible for the safety and air-conditioning systems with corresponding planning of the maintenance measures Implementing the maintenance schedules for lifts in the external warehouses and being present for the reading of the electricity meters Opening and closing the company on extended working days, e.g.
during special events or when work is being carried out by external contractors on site Take care of waste disposal and document shredding as required Vehicle deployment in coordination with the technical team Your skills Completed vocational training as a caretaker or equivalent Several years of work experience in a similar position Manual dexterity Employable personality with a sense of order and cleanliness Organisational and communication skills Good English Skills (spoken and written) Driver's licence category B Your horizons The place of work is in the city of Zurich.
