Developing and managing R&D - and marketing - budgets for the segment.
Ensuring proper onboarding and training of the global sales and service organization.
Development and integration of strategic partnerships with complementing technology suppliers, academia, and R&D institutions.
Anchoring the segment in the company by establishing centers of competence in strategic locations around the world.
Required qualifications University degree in engineering or food technology supplemented with a continuing education in business administration (MBA, NDS, etc.) Broad sales knowledge, strong negotiating skills, understanding of business administration aspects, and knowledge of contractual law Minimum 5 years of professional experience in international sales of capital goods, preferably in one of the following fields:
