You should be able to show a real interest in compiler technologies and have an in-depth knowledge and expertise in LLVM, MLIR, TVM etc.
You should have solid experience in code generation and optimisation gained in ML, AI, HPC or similar environments and have solid programming experience (C, C++, Python etc.).
