Position Summary Geographic Responsibility European Local Representations Markets:

Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovenia, Slovakia, Serbia, Bosnia& Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Access Strategy Support of the MA strategy in order to effectively implement the company's business processes.

Assistance in the development and implementation of Local partner’ strategies to ensure maximum access to the market of immuno-oncology, onco-haematology drugs, as well as in new areas (cardiology, dermatology).

Engage with a global market access team to support the local partner in the implementation of the local market access projects.

Participate in cross-functional MA projects and establishes an atmosphere of cooperation, goodwill, transparency, clear tasks and goals, commitment to the company’s goals.

Pricing Strategy Support development of pricing strategy for new products of the company.

Support the local partner in development and approval of the pricing strategy for launched brands, including the development of managed entry agreements (risk sharing, volume-based schemes).

Analysis and monitoring of all changes in the regulatory and legal field on pricing and pharmacoeconomic decision-making.

Development, approval, and implementation of innovative pricing schemes.

Development of dossiers for inclusion in local reimbursement lists.

Pricing Approval, Execution, Governance and Monitoring.

Manage all pricing approval processes, including local lists price registration.

Support the local partner for registration and re-registration of the maximum selling price, as well as make changes to the maximum selling prices for BMS drugs included in the pricing lists, in accordance with the local regulations.

Support the local partner in preparation of dossiers for the inclusion of medicines in the reimbursement lists, hospital forms.

Support the Local partner’s price negotiations with authorities (MOH, Payer) regarding reimbursement conditions.

Governance Run an accurate pricing governance with keeping relevant pricing system (APEX) up to date and timely communicate prices and price changes to internal (WW Pricing and Customer Service Department) and external stakeholders (business partners).

Monitoring Reconciliation of price and pricing schemes based on actual performance.

Tracking of YTD performance vs pricing schemes and updating assumptions for related Gross-to-Net adjustments on a periodic basis.

Review of periodic financial accruals relating to pricing schemes in collaboration with Finance.

Support Collection of sales data, analytics, as well as regular provision of comparative data to the finance department (budget vs fact).

Work with data from analytical systems (APEX system), etc.

HEOR Strategy Support HEOR model adaptation process and pharmacoeconomic healthcare strategy development.

Commercial Strategy Support development, review and manage the approval of business cases for new and existing opportunities on the company's portfolio.

Cross-functional interaction with colleagues of other departments on the implementation of goals.

Build effective cross-functional interaction to achieve business goals and expectations of the company.

Support for all BMS requirements, key criteria of employee behaviour, internal procedures of the company, principles, and standards of BMS business conduct ethics.

Assist in the preparation of product dossiers for inclusion in reimbursement lists.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

University education (pharmaceutical, medical, economic).

Experience in Market Access, Pharmacoeconomic and Pricing field for at least 2 years.

Experience in marketing, sales, medical direction in the pharmaceutical industry for at least 2 years.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of price, pricing and reimbursement issues, health economics, methods of interaction with government agencies.

In-depth knowledge of the market of immunological and oncological drugs, including knowledge of Bristol-Myers Squibb drugs and drugs from other manufacturers.

Knowledge of the laws and other regulatory legal acts of interaction with medical workers and the implementation of consultations between pharmaceutical companies and medical professionals, as well as applicable ethical standards (including internal policies).

Knowledge of the healthcare industry, pharmaceutical business processes and the pharmaceutical market (sources of sales, distribution, tenders, regional features).

Experience in the implementation of business goals based on cross-functional and multi-factor interaction with both external and internal partners at the national levels.

English at an upper-intermediate or fluent level.

High communication skills, oral and written business communication skills, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of the Windows operating system and the MS Office software package, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook.

A deep understanding of the rules of ethical business conduct.

Availability of a driver's license (category B).

Readiness for business trips and business trips.
