The Information and Technology Services department manages and organizes all IT services of DKMS worldwide.

The ServiceDelivery Application Management team develops, operates and maintains various applications for the different DKMS locations worldwide.
In addition to a business intelligence solution, these include systems for documents, printing and mailing, SAP systems and the medical applications of our Collection Center, where stem cell collections take place.

n (Junior) ServiceDelivery Manager:
in (m/f/d) GxP Medical YOUR TASKS.
You will assist in the implementation and support of applications and IT systems in the medical environment You support the control and monitoring of IT service providers in application development and operation according to regulatory requirements (e.g.
GxP, GAMP5, ISO9002) You monitor and ensure the operation of the applications and support the 1st and 2nd level support in the context of the operational incident and change management process You support the creation of test specifications and perform acceptance tests as part of the change management process You ensure compliance with GxP-compliant procedures for new implementations and changes (e.g.
change control, validation and qualification, documentation) You support the creation and monitoring of IT and CSV (computer system validation)-relevant instructions and other documents OUR REQUIREMENTS Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education.
At least 3 years of professional experience in application management In the best case, technical know-how in the regulated environment (GxP) in software development according to GAMP5.
