In this role at Adnovum, you take on the following tasks:
Accompanying our clients on their journey to better products and services by applying in challenging software projects, from early consultation and qualitative research to prototype development and evaluation to development support and rollout Representing the user's (customer’s, employee’s) point of view throughout the entire software development cycle – both on the client side and internally within the project Systematically applying design principles and techniques to guide the process Creating and giving convincing client presentations and pitches (with storytelling, mockups) Planning and facilitating workshops with clients Collaborating in public tenders Building bridges by coaching and introducing design principles, guidelines, and patterns to business analysts and software developers Degree of higher education in the field of HCI / CX / UX / Interaction Design / Strategic Design or similar Experience in CX/UX consulting and/or business development Experience in product and/or service design (in the role of a designer or design strategist) 5 years of experience in the application of user-centered design Profound experience and strong interest in the design of business applications, where productivity beats pure aesthetics Experience with Figma (Sketch, Axure is a plus) and Miro Understanding of accessibility, but also of technical factors (HTML/CSS/JavaScript and common frameworks) that influence the design Experienced and confident in cooperating directly with customers and users Very good command of German and English For a complete evaluation of your application, please also send us your portfolio and/or project examples.
