We are looking for a motivated and experienced BusinessDevelopmentManager in Automation and Digital Services to be part of our journey.
Tasks Define and lead the sales strategy including value proposition and defence for scope mentioned aboveCreate a holistic overview for all related products and services create the big picture for our customer journeyDefine the potential and develop campaigns together with the business units and regions in accordance with the business plan/ budget targetsSupport the regional sales teams (how to sell & quote:
create the big picture for the customer) for automation modernization, services agreements for automation and remote support, and software solutionsSet up, train and roll out processes and tools for sales forecast and opportunity pipeline tracking taking iBase into accountAs part of the development of our sales playbook for services agreements, take the lead for above mentioned scope while putting special focus on developing a holistic offeringSet up guidelines and supporting documentation for quotation Required qualifications Positive, energizing, and convincing personality with the ability and drive to bring projects to successStrong businessdevelopment and problem-solving skillsDistinctive interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong entrepreneurial thinkingBachelor degree or higher education with an engineering background and/or product management or similar Experience in services, product management or similar role in businessdevelopment Strong analytical skills, structured approach and result orientation Demonstrated capability to lead and communicate in matrix organization across multiple businesses and industries on a global scale Effective and convincing communication, both verbally and in writing, fluent in English Attention to detail, without losing focus on timelines, cost, and quality Preferred qualifications Experience in sales and quotationExperience in industrial automation systems and MESGood understanding of current trends in factory automation incl.
