Your main accountabilities & deliverables:
Lead the implementation and integration of the Salesforce technical architecture in Product teams based on business strategy, business requirements and along the defined Enterprise Architecture guardrails Ensure architecture principles are adhered and supports during solution definition Work with Product’s technical leads to manage & develop the architecture for the Products and deliver the architectural design, translating business needs into a solution blueprint representing the end-to-end technical solution Recommend and provide target architecture, architectural strategy as well as vision and processes, within the guidelines specified by the Enterprise Architect Participate to the technology stack selection based on the given requirements and limitations REQUIREMENTS or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field 8-10+ years’ experience in technology delivery Proven experience in design and implementation of Salesforce programs Salesforce certification(s) are mandatory for this position Strong knowledge of agile methodologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills Strong customer service focus Ability to communicate with technical and business teams (all levels) Management of stakeholders in a project or matrix organisation Fluent English required Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations Experience with Confluence, Jira & Zephyr suitable Richemont MeyrinGeneva
