• Understand stakeholders' needs and clearly communicate risks and trade-offs of potential solutions.
• Evaluate, design, and review solutions within SalesforceMarketingCloud, ensuring compliance with security and architecture standards.
• Collaborate with other architects to maintain the integrity of the overall architecture, balancing innovation, technical feasibility, sustainability, and agile delivery.
• Assess new technologies and techniques for practical application in solving business problems and advancing strategic marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in the existing architecture.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a SalesforceMarketingCloudArchitect or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SalesforceMarketingCloud, including configuration, automation, and integration capabilities.
• Strong understanding of marketing processes, customer data management, and omni-channel marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with systems integration, particularly with SAP and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in evaluating and adopting new technologies and practices.
• Knowledge of security and architecture standards in a cloud-based environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze requirements and propose innovative solutions.
