Master of science degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in which 5 in the pharmaceutical or related regulated industry.
IT technical expert for GMP system, Deep knowledge of 21-CFR Part 11, Eudralex annex 11, Data integrity.
Competencies The Manager DCM is a key member of the Digital Manufacturing team, within the IT Manufacturing organization, delivering, supporting and maintain technical activities of the Boudry manufacturing plant.
Skills/Knowledge Required • Master of Sciences or equivalent experience in Information Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, • 10 years of experience in IT field in which 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or related regulated industry, • Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, • Deep technical knowledge in System and network engineering, • Deep knowledge of computerized system validation and guidelines (Gamp V), • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical regulation (21-CFR part 11, Eudralex annex 11), • Deep knowledge in Data Integrity requirements, implementation, and guidelines (MHRA DI, GAMP DI), • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical, manufacturing and laboratory systems and equipment that support manufacturing activities, • Extended experience in dealing with complex technical and regulated issues and working with key stakeholders to develop and provide remediation and solution, • Deep critical reasoning and decision-making skills, • Familiar with change management tools, • Fully operational in English and French, • Must be a hands-on individual, willing to take initiative, as well as ability to effectively work in a multi-discipline team environment, • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, • Excellent collaboration skills, with the confidence to both influence and partner to build strong relationships with IT colleagues, business partners, external partners and service providers, • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft business applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), • Architecture certifications a plus, • Project management certifications a plus Duties and Responsibilities a.
Provide subject matter expertise on technology and compliance topics for multi-disciplinary intern and external stakeholders, b.
IT technical owner for site IT manufacturing and laboratory systems ensuring their technical and regulatory consistency and they are maintained according to site and corporate policies, c.
Lead or contribute to the technical delivery of projects including architecture, design, development, testing, integration, migration and deployment, d.
Leads or contributes to the development of solution architectures.
Ensures that they satisfy business needs and are appropriately aligned with BMS Enterprise Architecture and industry standards, e.
Lead automation of scripting administrative tasks (PowerShell, Batch), f.
Partners with IT business partners to define technology roadmaps, develop solution proposals, prioritize and estimate budgets for digital manufacturing capabilities, g.
Participate in the process’s improvements and standardization, h.
Participate in developing the Life Cycle Management roadmap for the site, i.
Ensure ServiceNow CMDB consistency during all system lifecycle, j.
Adhere to all plant safety procedures, k.
Understands business objectives, processes, and strategies, l.
