Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reservations department, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of all bookings and inquiries.
Manage reservations systems and ensure up-to-date inventory, availability, and pricing information.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of guest requirements.
Monitor and analyze reservation trends, occupancy rates, and revenue performance to optimize yield management strategies.
Your experience Proven experience in reservations management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
Strong knowledge of reservation systems and software (e.g., PMS, channel managers) with the ability to adapt and learn new systems.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, team members, and other stakeholders.
