You ensure timely order processing in terms of adherence to deadlines, quality and costs.
You have an active role in selling and following up on customer enquiries.
Supervision and control of order-related replacement and subsequent deliveries as well as initiation and monitoring of incoming complaints and returns.
You will take an active role in the continuous improvement of existing and future service offerings and services.
You analyse and structure sales prices and live an active role in the maintenance and further development of the sales price calculation strategy.
Who are you? Your backpack is filled with a technical basic education (e.g.
polymechanic, construction engineer, automation engineer), preferably with commercial experience or further training.
You have several years of experience in international order processing, preferably in mechanical engineering.
Ideally, you have initial knowledge of the SAP modules SD/MM and have a good command of business German and English.
You master the MS-Office program and the Windows platform.
